GOTZ TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. ( GOTZ ) is an IATA approved retail travel agency and a tour operator, duly licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. Established on 2nd September 1988 as GOTZ (M) SDN BHD, GOTZ has grown dramatically from a staff of 3 to our present roster of employees. Though consistently ranked among the nation’s top 50 travel management companies because of its size and the volume of business it generates ( RM 8 million for 2013 ) GOTZ has the feel of a small company that places a premium on white-glove customer service delivered by an exceptionally qualified staff which exceeds industry average for years of experience and agency tenure.

Over the years, GOTZ has also earned a reputation for innovative ideas and forward thinking. This mentality, combined with hand-on approach to customer service, has earned us numerous awards and fiercely loyal following of clients who attend to our superior service capabilities.

GOTZ currently serves the business travel needs of some 20 corporate accounts. They represent commercial, governmental, non-profit and educational interests and range from 1-2 person firms to medium-sized companies with annual travel volumes in the RM100,000 – RM900,000 range to a number of large corporations with travel budgets between RM0.5 – 2.5 million, to our largest account which represents over RM 8 million in annual sales.
